Need resources about tween bullying?

Below I have compiled a list of fiction and non-fiction books that deal with issue of bullying for kids ages 8-12. I have also researched a collection of parent/teacher guides and books designed to help cope with tween bullying. Links to all the books will take you to a description and user reviews on Amazon.
